We’re located just 15 minutes south of Mulege, Baja California Sur. Posada Concepcion is located at Km. 112 on the Carretera Transpenisular Mexico 1 on the Bay of Concepcion. The town of Mulege has a delightful array of authentic Mexican restaurants, grocery stores and tiendas that offer handcrafted items and clothing that capture the true spirit of Baja California Sur. The town of Loreto with its International Airport is 90 minutes south. The route follows Highway 1 along the coast, offering scenic views of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding landscapes.

Waking in the morning and looking out your windows to see the beautiful, magical Sea of Cortez. It’s known for its crystal-clear waters, beautiful beaches and peaceful, tranquil settings. Experience the beauty of the Baja sunrises and sunsets, feel the warmth of the sand between your toes. Bring your kayaks, your paddle boards, and your fishing boat, your jet ski or your pontoon and spend the afternoon playing with the dolphins. Enjoy the sea gulls and the pelicans, the osprey and the blue footed boobies as you paddle around the nearby islands. 

There’s no hurry to head into town for seafood. The Mexican vendors bring the seafood right to your door, adding a vibrant touch to your day with friendly smiles and warm greetings. Showcasing their daily catches of dorado, yellowtail, grouper and snapper to name a few, along with scallops, shrimp and crab. I can’t leave out the delicious banana bread and pastries.
Bring your paddles and your racquets for Pickleball and Tennis. We have so much play right here in our own community. However, people travel in the early morning hours from neighboring beaches to play these two games in Posada. There are also solar lighted courts for nighttime play. 

Our beach is pristine and well-kept, featuring soft, golden sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxing or taking a leisurely swim. Surrounding our beach are several beautiful neighboring beaches, each offering unique views and quiet coves, providing plenty of opportunities for exploration and solitude.
